Revised Booth Setup Schedule for ACE 24 Anaheim:

Preliminary Setup PEA Crew: Sunday June 9th Noon – 5:00 PM.

BOOTH #3100

Final setup with help from PEA Members and Sponsors: including banner rigging, A/V assembly, and placement of Butt Fusion and Electrofusion demo equipment Monday June 10th 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

We will do pipe bursting, butt fusions on the 26 and 28, we will conduct EF demos with saddles and couplers and spool demos, we will have a service saddle demo, a mechanical demo and we will do side bend testing. We will also do squeeze off.

The PEA Team is staying at an Airbnb nearby the Convention Center.

We will bring lunch in on Tuesday and Wednesday but not Thursday.
Please See Owen Tappy in the booth for your lunch preferences on Tuesday and Wednesday. We order one day in advance.

Badges, Shirts & Schedule Kim Anderson, is managing badges. Badges will be preprinted and available at the exhibitor check-in kiosk in Anaheim. Additional full badges are available from Kim $1,050 by May 1st for full conference badges and additional exhibit hall badges are $155. Bob Haack is managing the booth schedule for your team. Distributors may have 3 of their team in the booth at any one time.
