It has been an active month for the PE Pipe industry with several members conducting openings of new facilities. So what has been going on?

Core & Main opened a new fabrication warehouse for HDPE fittings this past week just north of Madison in the great state of Wisconsin. In Dave Mosier’s territory this state of the art facility will serve C&M branches throughout the system. Fabricated fittings are an important accessory for many HDPE jobs, but particularly crucial for projects greater than 12″ in diameter. It was great to see Matt Henke, Cheryl Rhude, Andi Santi and Tom Gannon at the opening in Columbus, WI. Dave Mosier and the C&M team are regular supporters of  PE Alliance events and programs

Infra Pipe Solutions conducted an official opening of their new facility in Jacksonville, Florida three weeks ago. Their HDPE conversion plant is a state of the art HDPE pipe manufacturing facility producing HDPE 4710 pipe up to 24″ in diameter. A welcome addition for the Florida market where 72% of Florida water utilities are using HDPE pipe every day.  The full management team welcomed a variety of vendors and customers to tented celebration of this important move for the Florida market. Infra is incredibly supportive of the PE Pipe Alliance.

Pipeline Plastics conducted their grand opening last week in Ruper,t Idaho. This multimillion-dollar investment represents a major step in Pipeline Plastics’ continued expansion, strengthening its coast-to-coast manufacturing network while creating new jobs and advancing sustainable infrastructure for communities nationwide.  This plant will make up to 65″ large diameter  HDPE pipe for the fast growing western US market.  Pipeline is a very supportive member of the PE Alliance.
