Webinar #2 HDPE Pipe & Fusion Solutions for Data Centers
The PE Alliance hosted a highly successful webinar examining the expanding role of HDPE pipe and fusion technology in data center infrastructure, attracting 565 attendees from across the industry. The session featured Andy McElroy of McElroy Manufacturing, who shared real-world insights from years of experience supporting data center projects. Andy discussed project types, installation scale and the fusion equipment and pipe systems commonly used to support cooling water and other critical infrastructure.
Michael Harris of Milford and Stephen Boros of Pipeline Plastics added valuable engineering and project-specific perspective, addressing pipe materials, sizes, applications and typical site conditions seen in active data center developments.
Speakers emphasized why HDPE is uniquely suited for data centers, highlighting durability, flexibility and leak-free fusion joints. The discussion reinforced HDPE’s growing importance as data center campuses continue to scale in size and complexity. #fuseitorloseit
