LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — About 10 properties are without running water after a 16-inch water main break Sunday morning in south Louisville.

According to the Louisville Water Company, the main break occurred near the intersection of 3rd and W. Kenton streets around 8:30 a.m. in the Wilder Park neighborhood.

Vehicles in the roadway were submerged by the water. Louisville Water said drainage issues in the area caused the major flooding.

11 customers are without water services, including a few homes, a business and small apartment complex, according to Louisville Water.

Jacqueline Dixon woke up with about three feet of water in front of her home.
